Sales to Canadian residents are subject to 6% Goods and Services Tax. All purchases by British Columbia residents are subject to 6% Goods and Services Tax and 7% Provincial Sales Tax.  All Sugarlime accessories are wrapped in tissue and packaged in either our unique jewel or pillow boxes. Our pieces are then securely wrapped for shipping.  If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund with exception to earrings, for obvious sanitary reasons. The item(s) must be unworn, have the original Sugarlime tag(s) attached, along with the original receipt and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refunds do not include shipping costs.  Shipping & handling within British Columbia is $5.95 CAD. All other provinces and territories within Canada is $9.95 CAD and shipping to anywhere within the continental United States is $9.95 CAD.
